Our Technology.

The innovative diffusion coating technology we provide is capable of coating a large variety of metals, alloys, sintered metals, cermets and powders-based parts. Our process is based upon “Thermo-Chemical Surface Modification,” and is environmentally friendly. Our coatings are free of chrome VI, chrome III, cadmium, heavy metals, and other hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic chemicals.

The GREENKOTE coatings process modifies and improves the basic surface characteristics of metals and is applicable to formed metal finished components in many industries, particularly automotive and construction. Our technology enhances the performance of coatings through improved resistance to low and high temperatures, providing extraordinary high corrosion and wear resistance.
